Product return Policy

We want you to be completely happy and satisfied with your purchase and strive to deliver the products as described. Still, should you have any concerns regarding your purchase and would want to exchange / return, we have the policy in place which has the below terms:

1) Due to Covid-19 situation, not all products qualify for the return. (Please check the product details to check the qualification)

2) Return/exchange requests must be made within 3 days of delivery date, indicating your reason for return including your preferred action (replacement or refund), a copy of your receipt.

2) After 3 days from delivery date you must contact Aakar India Customer Service to determine the best course of action.

3) Unit must be in like-new condition and returned in original packaging with tag and all original accessories, literature and other components.

4) Aakar India reserves the right to reject any refund request if the product is received damaged or if any accessories, literature or other original components are missing.

What happens after you have returned the product ?

1) After we receive your item, our team of professionals will assess your return request, and if appropriate, process your request.  

2) The product can be exchanged or a refund for the same can be requested.

3) The amount will be refunded to the original payment method you’ve used during the purchase. For credit card payments it may take 5 to 10 business days for a refund to show up on your credit card statement.

 

 

Shipping and Delivery

We usually Ship all ordered products within 2-3 working days and is delivered via our reliable, efficient and cost effective shipping partner. All products above Rs.500 are shipped free of charge. For products below that, we charge the most reasonable shipping charge.

How do I track my order?

 

For every order that you place, a unique tracking no. will be shared with you which can be used to track your order.

What are your your payment options?

 

We let you choose from multiple payment options be it Credit/debit cards, UPI, Net Banking or various E-Wallets. Pay as per your convenience.

We only ask you to provide certain information by which you can be identified when using this website, you can be assured that it will only be used in accordance with this privacy statement. We may collect the information such as:

We may collect this information to understand your needs and provide you with improved products/ services. The information we may collect would only be used for our Internal record keeping and would not be shared/distributed.
